Due to the immediate, non-tangible nature of our digital products, all transactions for e-bike supplier directories, sourcing guides, and digital assets are deemed final and strictly non-refundable upon purchase. Once the proprietary digital file has been delivered or downloaded, the service is considered fully rendered, preventing any post-sale reversals. We encourage our clientele to meticulously review product descriptions and specifications prior to procurement. Exceptional circumstances regarding corrupted files or technical delivery impediments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our customer support suite to ensure absolute satisfaction.
